JMA Holdings, LLC is a Truckee, California-based real estate investment, development, and management firm focused on creating thoughtfully planned mixed-use communities geared towards full time residents of the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe region. Founded by Art & Colleen Chapman in 2016, JMA Holdings has a Truckee-based team that brings over five decades of combined experience in all relevant domains of real estate investment, development, and management from project conception through planning, entitlements, construction, leasing, and operations.
Soaring Ranch located in Truckee, California, a JMA Holdings owned and operated mixed-use center, will exemplify the best of a full-service neighborhood at build-out by providing goods, services, & housing all within a short walking distance.
